8-Session Accompaniment Programme

Fertility · Contraception · Cycle Health · Hormonal Balance · Postpartum

A structured and progressive accompaniment programme designed to help you better understand your menstrual cycle, support hormonal health, and navigate reproductive choices with clarity and confidence.

This programme is intended for those who wish to go beyond a single consultation and benefit from a clear, personalised, and evolving framework of support.

Who is this programme for?

This programme may be particularly suitable if you wish to:

🌱 learn or deepen a fertility awareness method

⚖️ support menstrual cycle health and hormonal balance

🤍 to conceive

🌿 choose a natural, hormone-free method of contraception

🩸 better understand irregular, painful, or heavy cycles

🧭 benefit from ongoing support over time, with continuity and guidance

👉 The programme is suitable for women and couples, from the first menstrual cycle through to menopause.

How does the programme work?

A personalised physiology-centred approach

Regardless of the type of support chosen (single support consultation or accompaniment programme), the process begins with an essential preparatory step.

📝 Before the first session

When enrolling, you receive a detailed questionnaire to complete.
This questionnaire allows the collection of information necessary for a comprehensive health history.

It covers in particular:

  • your gynaecological and menstrual history,

  • your contraceptive and/or conception journey,

  • your general health status,

  • your lifestyle habits, including nutrition,

  • your goals and expectations.

👉 If you have already been tracking your cycle, you are invited to share your cycle observations (existing tracking, apps, charts, or notes), so they can be taken into account from the outset.

This preparatory step allows the first consultation to be prepared in a focused and personalised way.

🧭 Structure of the 8-session programme

The programme is structured as follows:

  • Session 1 — 90 minutes
An in-depth initial consultation including health history, clarification of goals, and establishment of the foundations of the accompaniment.

  • Sessions 2 to 6 — 60 minutes each
Follow-up consultations to deepen cycle understanding, review observations, and adjust the accompaniment as your situation evolves.

  • Sessions 7 and 8 — 45 minutes each
Consolidation consultations aimed at strengthening autonomy, refining understanding, and supporting continuity beyond the programme.

Sessions are spaced over time to allow gradual integration of knowledge and to respect your individual rhythm.

What we explore throughout the consultations

The content of the programme is always adapted to your individual situation, your goals, and the evolution of your cycle. It is based on your observations, your questions, and your lived experience.

Depending on your needs, the work may include:

🔄 understanding the different phases of the menstrual cycle

📊 observing and interpreting fertility signs

🔬 exploring the links between the cycle, hormones, and experienced symptoms

⚖️ supporting menstrual and hormonal health

🤍 guidance through a conception journey

🌿 establishing or deepening natural contraception

🤱 contraception after the birth of a baby

🔁 transitionning from hormonal contraception

🧭 support that evolves with you, without rigidity

Why choose a programme rather than a single consultation?

An accompaniment programme can meet a wide range of needs, whether you are just beginning to observe your cycle or looking to deepen an already well-established practice.

For beginners, the programme offers:

  • a structured framework to build solid foundations,

  • a progressive and supportive learning process,

  • the time needed to integrate observations and knowledge,

  • reassuring guidance across successive cycles.

In both cases, the programme supports:

  • a deeper and more lasting understanding of the menstrual cycle,

  • progressive and personalised adjustments,

  • accompaniment that respects your individual rhythm,

  • the development of confidence and autonomy.

For those already experienced in cycle observation, the programme allows you to:

  • refine the interpretation of fertility signs,

  • deepen understanding of more complex situations,

  • adapt your practice to a new life stage (postpartum, conception, stopping hormonal contraception),

  • benefit from ongoing professional guidance over time.
