Understand your cycle
Regain clarity and confidence in your body.

A structured 1:1 accompaniment for women experiencing menstrual pain, significant PMS, irregular cycles, perimenopause symptoms, unexplained infertility, or who wish to better understand their body — offered by a midwife with clinical and academic expertise

This accompaniment is designed for women who have already searched for answers, sometimes for a long time, and who now wish to understand what is happening in their body, through a physiology-centred, rigorous and respectful approach.

The aim is not to “fix” the body, but to regain a sense of control through understanding, within a clear and supportive framework over time.

Who this programme is for?

This programme is for women who feel the need to better understand their menstrual cycle and hormonal health, and who are seeking individualised, structured support.

It may be particularly appropriate if you:

🌸 experience menstrual pain, significant premenstrual symptoms, or cyclical symptoms that affect daily life,

🔄 have irregular or changing cycles,

🌙 are navigating perimenopause with symptoms that feel misunderstood or minimised,

🤍 are facing unexplained infertility and wish to better understand your physiology,

🧠 feel unheard or unsupported despite reassuring medical tests,

🧭 wish primarily to understand how your body works, even without a specific diagnosis,

🌱 have a natural conception project and want to approach it with a clearer understanding of your cycle,

🌿 wish to establish natural contraception, whether after stopping the pill, postpartum, or at another stage of life,

🕰️ are ready to engage in a longer-term accompaniment, with structure and continuity.

Who this progamme is not for?

This accompaniment is not suitable if you:

⚡ are looking for a quick fix or an immediate answer without a process of understanding,

🎯 expect a guaranteed outcome (complete symptom resolution, assured pregnancy, etc.),

❌ are not willing to engage in observation and reflection,

🚑 require urgent or specialised medical care that falls outside this scope.

👉 This accompaniment is intended to work alongside, not replace, medical care when needed.

The 8-session programme

This accompaniment is designed as a structured pathway, allowing you to move step by step toward a clearer understanding of your cycle, within a stable and supportive framework. Rather than isolated consultations, the programme offers regular sessions over time, creating space for observation, integration and adjustment as your cycle unfolds.

📝 Before the first session

Upon enrolment, you will receive a detailed questionnaire (approximately 10 pages) to complete. This questionnaire gathers the information needed for a comprehensive clinical history.

This preparatory step is essential: it allows me to prepare the first consultation in a thorough and personalised way, and to adapt the accompaniment to your situation from the very beginning.

🧭 Why a multi-session accompaniment?

Because understanding menstrual and hormonal health requires:

⏳ time,

🔁 continuity,

🤍 a safe space to reflect and ask questions as things evolve.

The programme allows you to:

🧭 build a progressive, individual understanding of your cycle,

📊 observe changes over time rather than during a single consultation,

🔬 refine the interpretation of cycle signs and symptoms,

⚖️ adapt recommendations to your real-life context,

🤝 benefit from continuous support without having to “start again” each time.

How the sessions work

Each session includes two complementary dimensions:

🎓 an educational dimension, to better understand the menstrual cycle, hormonal physiology and links with symptoms,

🩺 a therapeutic and supportive dimension, including cycle evaluation, interpretation of observations, and personalised guidance.

The sessions support:

🧠 the development of clear reference points,

📈 ongoing evaluation of your cycle,

🔧 adjustments and support tailored to your lived experience.

The programme includes 8 individual sessions, organised to respect your rhythm:

🟢 the first session lays the foundations and clarifies your overall situation,

🔵 the following sessions accompany observation, interpretation and adjustments,

🟣 the final sessions consolidate understanding and strengthen autonomy.

A secure and professional framework

Throughout the programme, you benefit from:

🎓 clinical and academic expertise as a qualified midwife,

🧱 a clear and structured framework, without unrealistic promises,

🌱 accompaniment that respects your physiology and your pace.

👉 The goal is not to fix your body, but to understand, evaluate and support it, through a combined educational and therapeutic approach over time.
