Single support consultation

Fertility · Contraception · Cycle Health · Hormonal Balance · Postpartum

A one-to-one consultation to review your situation, address a specific question, or refine an existing practice, within a professional, supportive, and physiology-based framework.

This consultation is designed for those who do not wish (or are not ready) to commit to a longer programme, but would benefit from a focused, professional perspective.

Who is this consultation for?

A single support consultation may be particularly helpful if you wish to:

  • 📊 review your menstrual cycle,

  • ❓ address a specific question related to fertility or cycle health,

  • 🔄 refine or adjust an existing cycle observation practice,

  • 🌿 explore questions around natural contraception,

  • 🤍 discuss a specific situation (postpartum, stopping hormonal contraception, cycle transitions),

  • 🧠 receive professional guidance without committing to ongoing follow-up.

👉 This consultation is suitable for both beginners and those already experienced in cycle observation. It is also adapted from the first period to menopause.

How does the consultation work?

A personalised, physiology-centred approach

Regardless of the type of support chosen (single support consultation or accompaniment programme), the process begins with an essential preparatory step.

📝 Before the consultation

When booking, you receive a detailed questionnaire to complete. This questionnaire allows the collection of information necessary for a comprehensive health history. It covers in particular:

  • your gynaecological and menstrual history,

  • your contraceptive and/or conception journey,

  • your general health status,

  • your lifestyle habits, including nutrition,

  • your goals and expectations.

👉 If you have already been tracking your cycle, you are invited to share your cycle observations (existing tracking, apps, charts, or notes), so they can be taken into account during the consultation.

This preparatory step allows the consultation to be prepared in a focused way and the support to be adapted to your situation from the outset.

🕒 During the consultation

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Format: online consultation (Zoom)

  • Languages: French or English

The consultation is centred on your current needs and may include:

  • analysis of your cycle observations,

  • clarification of theoretical points,

  • practical adjustments,

  • reflective guidance adapted to your situation.

What a single consultation can support

A single support consultation may help you to:

🧭 clarify a specific situation or question,

📈 gain confidence in interpreting your cycle,

🔬 better understand certain signs or variations,

⚖️ support menstrual and hormonal health,

🌱 make informed decisions moving forward.

What happens after the consultation?

At the end of the consultation, several options are possible:

  • you move forward independently with clearer understanding,

  • you choose to book another single consultation if needed,

  • or, if you feel the need, you may choose to continue with a more structured accompaniment over several consultations by enrolling in the accompaniment programme.

Framework of support

This consultation is educational and preventive in nature. It focuses on cycle understanding and fertility awareness, and does not replace medical care.

An information and consent document outlining the framework, objectives, and limits of the support is provided prior to the consultation.

If appropriate, it may complement care provided by other healthcare professionals, or further referrals would be made if we feel them necessary.
